Mrs Hollis is our fantastic Executive Headteacher. She has dedicated her life to education and has a real passion for innovative teaching and learning. She started her career as a classroom teacher, has worked as a Foundation Stage Leader in education and is now a successful headteacher across our Federation.
Mrs Howie is our creative and inspirational Class 1 Teacher and School Lead for Whittlebury. Mrs Howie teaches Foundation/Year 1 & 2. She has a passion for Art and is our Early Years and Art Leader across The Federation. Her classroom is a vibrant and exciting learning environment which inspires her pupils to enjoy learning. She loves outdoor learning and ensures she creates a stimulating and creative curriculum.
Mr Watson is an inspirational Teacher teaching Years 5 & 6 from September 2018. The children really loved their transition days with him! He has worked in a Federation previously and is passionate about small schools and the opportunities they bring for children. He is really looking forward to making a difference at Whittlebury from September.
Miss Dicks is very excited for her new role at Whittlebury from September as Class 2 Teacher. She has lots of fun activities planned and has lots of creative ideas. We have an adventure pirate theme from September, which will involve lots of outdoor learning, map reading and stone painting, which we are sure the children will love!
Mrs Harris is our fabulous intervention teaching assistant at Whittlebury. She has a good relationship with all the children and works with them on a 1:1 basis and small group work. She is passionate about PE and supports the children in various sporting events.
Mrs Todd is our fantastic Class 1 Higher Level Teaching Assistant supporting Mrs Howie. She is a fun, happy and caring person who is loved by all the children. Mrs Todd is very active and supports sporting activities across the whole Federation. Mrs Todd works across the whole school covering the PPA time for the class teachers .
Mrs West is our lovely Special Needs Assistant who supports children on a 1:1 basis and small group work. The children absolutely love working with Mrs West who always strives to ensure all the children meet their full potential.
Mrs Barnes is our brilliant Teaching Assistant who works supporting children in the classrooms. She is energetic and creative and always gets the best out of the children.
Mrs Napier is our fantastic and efficient Admin Assistant who runs the school office. She is a friendly lady who will help you with any queries you may have regarding the school.
Mrs Dunkley is our amazing Special Needs Teaching Assistant who supports on a 1:1 basis. She is extremely kind and generous and is always willing to help everyone in the class. This is why the children always love working with her.
Mrs Reeves is our friendly, supportive Special Needs Teaching Assistant in Class 1. She has worked at Whittlebury for a number of years and is still with us after her child has now left for Secondary School! Not only does she help in the classroom but she also continues as a Lunchtime Supervisor, which is where she started at Whittlebury!
Our lovely Mrs Ison has worked together with Mrs Reeves for a great number of years! They are an amazing team looking after the children over lunch and playtime and have just been joined by our newest member of staff, Mrs Moore who the children welcomed and some knew already!
Mr Pluck is our Site Supervisor working across the Federation. He is our DIY expert, landscape gardener and general all rounder. He works very hard constantly keeping our school grounds tidy and our school environments maintained.
Mrs Townsend is the super School Business Manager across the whole Federation and is regularly in the office at each of our four schools. She has been with us many years and began her school career at Whittlebury.
Mrs Powell is our wonderful Deputy Headteacher who works alongside Mrs Hollis across the Federation.
